REFUND POLICY

Here at ID Sports we know things change between when you register and when that showcase occurs. Over the past years, and with our event's increasing popularity, most participants are signing up well in advance to secure a spot. For those reasons, we wanted to clearly outline our refund policy for prospective campers and current attendees. 

 

If purchased ACTIVE Refund Insurance (only done during checkout):

If you DID NOT purchase ACTIVE Refund Insurance at the time of checkout, we're able to provide a credit to a future event. The amount of that credit is dependent upon when you cancel:

• 100% credit applied towards another showcase if cancelled no less than 14 days before the scheduled showcase

• 50% credit applied towards another showcase if cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled showcase

• No credit if cancelled 48 hours prior to the event

If we need to cancel an event due to a staff, a facility, or an organizational conflict, all players will receive a 100% refund.

If we need to cancel an event due to inclement & unplayable weather, all players will receive a full 100% credit to attend a future camp.

COMPLIANCE

​

ID Sports Camps follow NCAA Compliance Guidelines in that all camps are open to any and all entrants, limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.
